Your Korean 법인 is registered by our partner law firm. Property transfer is handled by a licensed 공인중개사 and 법무사 we engage for your transaction. KoreaRoots coordinates timelines, translation, and bank account opening. Typical timeline: 6–10 weeks.

D-8 Visa Application

Your D-8 business investment visa is prepared and filed by our partner Korean law firm. You get 2-year residency, renewable, with a path to F-2. KoreaRoots coordinates documentation and milestone tracking.

05🔨

Renovation & Launch

A local renovation contractor we identify and coordinate transforms the property into a short-term rental. Rural renovation grants may cover up to 50% — KoreaRoots identifies eligible programs with you.

06🤝

Ongoing Support

Annual tax filing is handled by a 세무사 we engage on your behalf, visa renewals by our partner law firm, and STR management through contractors KoreaRoots coordinates. We stay on as your in-country coordinator and translator.
